Terms & Conditions – Email Sign-Up Competition

Promoter
This competition is organised by Gals Who Travel (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must sign up to the Gals Who Travel email mailing list during the competition period. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Competition Period
Entries must be received within the stated competition dates. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

The Prize
One winner will receive a space on a Gals Who Travel Morocco trip. The prize includes the trip experience only, unless otherwise stated, and does not include flights, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, or any additional costs.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Conditions
The trip must be booked and taken within 12 months of the winner being notified. Availability is subject to trip schedules and capacity. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

Travel Requirements
The winner is responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.

Data Protection
By entering, participants agree to be added to the Gals Who Travel email list and consent to receive marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
